Workflow
Browser or phone capture, reconnect sync, cloud transcription, draft generation, and web review.
1. Capture in browser or on phone
Start a consultation in your browser and record with your computer microphone, or capture on your phone when you are in the consult room.
Confirm consent, enter minimal patient context, record the consultation, and add typed observations.
Browser recording requires connectivity for upload. Mobile recording can continue offline with local segment storage until synchronization completes.
2. Sync when online
When connectivity returns, queued consultations upload once using idempotent commands.
Processing does not start until upload and entitlement checks succeed.
3. Transcribe and generate
Cloud transcription runs after segments are verified. The transcript is stored before cloud audio deletion begins.
Structured SOAP or template-based drafts are generated from the transcript and marked for review.
4. Review and export on web
Open the consultation on the web, compare the read-only transcript with the editable draft, and resolve any sync conflicts explicitly.
Copy, print, or download the reviewed note. Export remains available even when new processing is blocked.
