You are responsible for account credentials and lawful use of the service.

v1 supports individual veterinarians, not clinic teams.

Trials and subscriptions are billed through Polar according to the pricing page and in-app billing state.

Existing notes remain accessible when billing is delinquent except where law requires otherwise.

Offline capture depends on your device. Cloud processing requires connectivity and operational subprocessors.
