Record ownership
Every Convex function derives the owner from authenticated identity. Clients never choose an owner ID.
Cross-account access is rejected server-side.
Audio handling
Audio is encrypted in transit and stored temporarily for processing.
Cloud audio is deleted immediately after a validated transcript is durably stored.
Telemetry
Clinical content, animal data, owner references, transcripts, notes, and audio are never sent to analytics or crash reports.
Users can export data and request account deletion from the authenticated application.
Hosting region
Production hosting is planned for Australia (Convex cloud region, subject to dashboard availability).
